You can always tell what kind of company it is when you leave a message at 730am and they do not call back. Our first impression is the operator, she is very friendly and attentive. She said they will call back by 9am. I tried back at 3pm and she asked if I wanted to leave another message.

Word of advice, if someone dropped the ball, escalate the call and not asked if they wanted to leave another message because that did not work the first time.

I do not know where the breakdown in communication is, but if that how they handle business, you have to wonder how they will handle your repairs. Disappointing.

As the saying goes-it's always something. Last weekend it was our a/c; this weekend my husband's office has no power but the rest of the house did.
Of course it's a holiday weekend and Sunday so it was hard to find someone to come out today to fix it.
I called Right Choice and these people are rockstars! They were able to come out an hour after I called.
The gentlemen, Rudy came out and I am so happy to say it fixed the problem in no time.
Rudy was very polite and friendly. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge on what could be the problem.
They were a little more expensive than someone else who was able to come out on Monday. But with being a Sunday and holiday weekend we understand.
I would DEFINITELY recommend their electrical services. I will be posting their recommendations on Nextdoor as well.
