Rick came out to trouble shoot the problem and figured out a creative and safe solution without having to cut into the walls. I recently moved into my new house. The previous owners had a broken doorbell. I purchased a ""Ring"" doorbell and wanted the mechanical one to work inside the house also. I went on yelp and typed up my issue and within 10 minutes Rickey messaged me and told me he could do it. He arrived within the hour. He took a look at my old door bell and immediately found out the issue. He went to Home Depot and bought a brand new one. He attached it to the Ring and worked! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He kept me updated the whole time. Telling me why this wire doesn't work, or why a wire is connected to this or that. He's great! I can't wait to work with him In the future. Rickey has told me he has done just about everything, even build houses! So I recommend him to anyone needing services or repairs around the house.
