I only know Rick through correspondence, which I am so grateful for, because he has just saved me a ton of money.

All I needed was very easy swap for 1 light in my small commercial studio, and if it wasn't for Rick's recommendation I could have easily been swindled by an expensive electrician rather than just using a handyman that Rick so honestly led me in the direction of.

He responded to my correspondence quickly and honestly, which is more than I can say for the other dozen or so electricians I contacted through Yelp.

Rick is awesome! We needed a doorbell fixed immediately, and Rick came out the very next morning. He fixed it within a few minutes and also gave me tips on how to self-fix it next time. I'll definitely keep him on my vendor list! The only thing is he doesn't take credit cards, so make sure you have cash or a check ready (he can give you a receipt).

I can't say enough good things about Rick! I called him to replace an outlet in my grandmother's kitchen. He was extremely nice on the phone and told me they were very busy for the next few weeks, but they should be able to fit her in. I emailed him the information and a picture of the outlet. He called me the NEXT day and told me they were done! I did not expect them to get to this for a week or more! In addition, he was kind enough to hang some blinds for my grandmother. It takes a special person to be so thoughtful. I am very appreciative and will use him for any future grandma electrical needs!

Great guy great job & has a wonderful girl friend. It was Saturday & my old Victorian had wires in the light well that were exposed & LIVE!!! It was a lightening storm there & in the basement. Called Rick & he said he didn't work on Saturdays. However once he heard the problem he said he would be by later. His wonderful for friend said he should do it now. So they came by for the job done quickly & were on their way. I was safe & thrilled. AND it was a reasonable price for weekend work. Would use him again.

Friendly and knowledgable, but bad follow-up.

Rick came over to conduct a general electrical inspection of our new home. He seemed very knowledgable, explaining things as he went. Overall, he didn't find much wrong, which was great. But he did note down a few things for us to consider taking care of. We paid him his fee, and that's where the less than satisfactory review comes in. He said he would email his notes to us, so we would have a record of his inspection, but he never did. My wife and I called/emailed him several times after the inspection, and no response. Very poor follow-up.
