He grew up assisting with HVAC service calls at his father's business, ""Richardson Heating & Air Conditioning,"" in the Metro-Atlanta area After college, Morrice decided to pursue a new trade, ultimately choosing electrical services. After six years of comprehensive training under IBEW, Morrice focused on delivering premium services to the local residential market.
