Richardson Electric's founder started in the electrical field with IBEW, focusing on commercial and industrial projects. After that, he shifted to residential services, providing top-notch solutions to homeowners of all types.

Morrice is well-versed in home improvement and electrical work. Growing up in the Metro-Atlanta area, Morrice learned the trade by working on HVAC service calls with his father's business, ""Richardson Heating & Air Conditioning."" Upon finishing college, Morrice sought to excel in a different trade, which brought him to electrical work. Following six years of rigorous training with IBEW, Morrice aimed to provide high-quality services to the local residential community.
