The founder of Richardson Electric began his electrical career through IBEW, working as a commercial and industrial contractor. He moved into residential work to deliver premium services to a diverse clientele.

Morrice knows the ins and outs of home improvement and electrical services. He grew up assisting with HVAC service calls at his father's business, ""Richardson Heating & Air Conditioning,"" in the Metro-Atlanta area Upon finishing college, Morrice sought to excel in a different trade, which brought him to electrical work. Following six years of rigorous training with IBEW, Morrice aimed to provide high-quality services to the local residential community.
