Called Rick this morning. He responded within 20 minutes and asked a few questions and if we could talk on the phone to get additional details.
I called him and explained the service I needed. He rearranged his schedule so that he could do the work today. He was punctual, neat, clean and extremely efficient.
Need a 1st class electrician call Rick!!

I called Richard after hours as I was going down the Yelp list of electricians in a desperate attempt at finding someone who would pickup the phone. After a few guys who didn't pickup, or couldn't come out, Richard answered the phone.
I described my scenario and Richard gave me a ballpark estimate and estimated response time. Perfect. I had a plumber on the way with a new water heater in one of my rental units and needed an electrician to make sure the wiring was adequate and safe.
Richard arrived earlier than I expected and worked alongside another professional (plumber) to get the job done fast, professionally, safely, and neatly.
As life sometimes kicks you when you're down- it was later discovered the water heater wasn't working. This was not due to anything other than a bad part from the factory. Richard answered my call after hours and even coordinated with my plumber to respond the next day to double check everything. Richard and my plumber (Travis at TK plumbing- great guy) were able to pinpoint the problem and it was fixed fast.
Richard communicated clearly and was honest, ethical, and easy to work with. Richard will be my go-to electrician for my rentals.

I work with a property management company, I asked Richard to reach out and schedule a work order with one of our tenants who was having electrical issues. Then asked him to contact me with results of work and send me the bill. I just received a message from him ""All taken care of. This one is on the house"". Puzzled I asked him if he would be sending an invoice thinking he might have meant something different from what he texted. Turns out he called the tenants walked them through getting the issue resolved themselves over the phone with simple troubleshooting. Really appreciate the honesty! Didn't try to go out and make a quick buck. He has done work for us in the past and we have him as one of our trusted vendors in our system. Very much recommend him and his service!

We had Richard and his crew working on our property. They did a professional job, they were friendly and courteous and fairly priced. We are already lining up the next task for them to work on. The property they just finished with us included: replacing hardwiring for some outlets, checking all electrical, rewiring our dishwasher, removing old-outdated security pad and updating all fire alarms and light fixtures.
They were referred thru our property management company and it was a great choice.

I highly recommend Rick Olinger. He is professional, efficient and respectful of my time and home.

My smoke detectors triggered four times between 3:30-6:30 am. After many phone calls to find an electrician, I was so happy when Rick answered the phone. He was on a tight schedule, but he went over and above to accommodate me.

Rick advised me that the detectors had reached their end of life and recommended that they be replaced. Within thirty minutes, five new smoke detectors were installed and on very short notice. He took the time to explain all of the features of the product, the maintenance schedule, and answered all of my questions. I also appreciate that the debris was cleaned up and that the old parts and packaging were removed.

I will be calling Rick for all of my future projects. I have already scheduled him to come out next week to install an exterior outlet for my water fountain.

Rick is professional, courteous, and fair. He fixed an electrical fan light that we were hopeless to fix. And , even though he was short on time, he also mounted new thermostats for us. Good, quality service is so hard to find. Rick is our new go to electrician from now on.

I had Richard in my home today to do three separate projects. I must say I could not be happier! Richard was quick to respond to me and fit my projects into his very busy schedule. He was prompt and expedited the work quickly and without a glitch,and left no signs of any work that was done. I also felt very comfortable with him in my home and felt immediately he was a person who was honest, fair, and had integrity as a person as well as a professional. It was a privilege to have him do the work and know that there are still professionals out there who have excellent job ethics. Bottom line.... he is pretty awesome!
