Rick is both an awesome person and professional.

I needed to get my stove hooked up and my lights wired up quickly and even though he was pretty much booked for the month, he fit me in at the end of the day and even stayed past dark to get the job done.

Not only was his work excellent, but he's a cool dude to have a conversation with and that's something I really appreciate when hiring someone to work on my house. My home is my investment and I'm not someone who is just going to hire any electrician to come out and do the work.

Overall, having Rick work on my house was just a much better experience than any other plumber or electrician who has worked on my house in the past. He realizes the importance of customer service, which I think can be lacking in this industry.

I've just found my go-to electrician! I had an issue at my rental property breaker not resetting and needed assistance right away. Rick answered his phone directly, listened to the problem, and although he was totally booked, he found time to work me in. Rick installed new light fixtures in my dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms, as well as a dimmer switch for my kitchen lights. Excellent work and good communication skills. He ensured the lights were placed exactly where I wanted and didn't mind any changes to plan. He also made some minor wiring repairs caused by the prior owner's lacking DIY skills. Richard is nice, professional and more than fair with his pricing. I called on a Thursday late afternoon and he showed up on Friday morning at 8:30am. You can't ask for anything better than that!
