These guys came through for us in a pinch! We called Sunday evening after having some issues with a tricky light fixture in our home. They came out the next day, fixed the light fixture that wasn't working properly, and installed 4 more for us! Clayton was very professional and called to update me with their timing before they arrived. Once they got to the house, they were super easy to work with and worked around the stagers very easily. We'd definitely hire them again!

The electrical work that Richard Craig and his two-man crew, Clayton and William, have done in our home has been first rate. In the fall of 2017 Ric installed integrated LED light fixtures to replace all of our weathered exterior home lights. The work that Ric and his crew did was carefully and quickly performed.

In 2018 we asked Ric to perform a more unusual job, installation of a motorized chandelier ""light lift"" to enable us to lower our entry-way chandelier for cleaning and servicing while we are standing on the floor. Our entry-way foyer has a 14-foot ceiling, and we can now avoid having to climb a very tall ladder to clean and service the chandelier several times a year. Ric's work in installing the light lift and connecting it to our crystal chandelier was performed in a thoughtful and professional manner.

Our experience is that it is unusual to find a contractor who combines experience and common sense with an ability to troubleshoot unforeseen problems, all the while remaining professional, courteous, and competitively priced. When we need electrical work in the future, we will not hesitate to again hire Richard Craig Electric for that work.

I ran into a emergency while trying to complete my kitchen remodel.I called on New Year's Eve and they were able to send a guy out ASAP,on New Years Eve !He came in and fixed the issue fast He was very professional and open to explaining what I did wrong he even gave me props for labeling my wires.RC electric was awesome,If you have a electric issue try them out,you have to give them 10 Stars for showing up New Year's Eve!without shocking the pocket.Thank you again for you prompt response.

Rick Craig and his team will be my go to anytime I need an electrician! Rick came on a Sunday morning to give me an estimate . Short story, every time i used my blow dryer in the upstairs bathroom I blacked out the house. He had to install a separate outlet on it's own switch on 3 story home. Reasonable estimate and available pretty much next day for the job. Arrived on time with his crew. They were pleasant and courteous, and got right to work. When done, they tidied up. Great experience since I was nervous the cost would be through the roof. I am already planning to use Rick and his team again.
