Previously called Stillhouse Electrical (same owner, same business), it is our honor to serve the friends of this expanding Central Texas area. As a locally established business, we are honored to be involved in this community since 2003. Focusing on teamwork, integrity, and moral responsibility defines our approach. Rich Construction and Service is not just local; we are family-operated. James ""Jim"" Rich and Kendra, the owners have been steadfast since the beginning, alongside Mrs. Deborah Otis, who is truly the backbone of our service team. Backed by an extended family of foremen, service technicians, project managers, and administrative staff, we stand ready to provide you with top-notch service!

Having roots in Central Texas, Jim and Kendra have remained committed to helping the community. Except for a brief stint when a contract took them to Malaysia, where James worked as a master electrician, they came back in the (254) for the long term. In 2003, James established Stillhouse Electrical. After years of commercial contracting, James' team broadened into residential electrical work and later incorporated heating and air conditioning services, leading to the transition to Rich Construction and Service, LP (aka Rich Services).
