Previously known as Stillhouse Electrical, we are the same business with the same owner. We are honored to serve the community members of this thriving Central Texas area. Being locally founded, we are proud to be home-grown, established in 2003. Emphasizing teamwork, integrity, and responsibility makes a significant difference. Rich Construction and Service is a family-run business committed to our community. Since our inception, Owner James ""Jim"" Rich and his wife Kendra have been devoted to this community, joined by Mrs. Deborah Otis, the cornerstone of our service department. Together with a dedicated team of foremen, service technicians, project managers, and administrative support, we are prepared to deliver outstanding service!

Raised in Central Texas, James ""Jim"" Rich and Kendra have always supported the community. With the exception of a short time in Malaysia, where James served as a Master Electrician, they decided to return to the (254) for good. In 2003, James launched Stillhouse Electrical. Following years in commercial contracting, James' team ventured into residential electrical services and subsequently included HVAC, leading to the rebranding as Rich Construction and Service, LP.
