Terry and Nick are AMAZING. We had hired another electrical contractor to do the rough-in for our project. That contractor totally screwed the project up and we had to fire him. We weren't even sure we would pass inspection with the city after that company. When it came time to finish out the electrical, we had to find another contractor. They were not only reasonable for their services, they were on time, courteous, and walked us through the process. They even cleaned up after themselves. That is not very common with any contractor these days. They made a very bad situation into an extremely positive one. We loved them so much after the finish out that we hired them back 3 more times for other stuff. They not only go above and beyond with electrical but they helped me with other items. I couldn't reach a window to wash it so Nick got right in there and did it for me. I can't say it enough....I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!

I'll just give 1 of many reasons why you should go elsewhere for your electrical needs. We spent over $20k on a Daikin mini split heating/cooling system from Barrons for our new house construction. Barron's installed and told Terry Rosback exactly how to wire it in order to comply with the manufacturers warranty. When they returned to commission the system they discovered that Terry had wired it incorrectly. They got on the phone to Terry and he proceeded to tell them that what he had done was perfectly adequate (even though it would void my warranty). I asked him to return and wire it correctly, he refused. He was quite happy to void my manufacturers warranty on over $20k of equipment! I had to pay someone else to redo what he did. He would not repay any money he had billed up front. I had no choice but to cancel the contract with him (who would want to work with someone who has an attitude like that?). He claims to have a 1 yr guaranty of his work, but when I asked him to return and provide a walk through of his installation and a test of the circuits he'd installed, he refused. He texted me ""Any further requests for information pertaining to the work that has (been) accomplished is hereby denied. Any further correspondence from you will not be entertained in any form. In other words - we are done"" If you don't want someone with this work ethic, lack of commitment to doing an electrical installation properly and effectively, and an extremely poor attitude, then you'd best look elsewhere. If I could give minus 10 stars I would.
