Showed up on time, and got straight to work. I had a 14-50(R) installed in my garage for my electric car EVSE. Did an awesome job. He even hung the EVSE on its bracket for me. I was expecting to have to install it myself. Looks great and should last through future upgrades. Price was great for the work involved. I'd definitely call again if I ever have any other electrical jobs.

Shawn and Dillon showed up right on time wearing masks. They came to install a quiet cool whole house fan. They were both extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They did an amazing job, cleaned up and were more than willing to do some extra electrical work we requested at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company. Shawn showed up on time. Extreamly nice guy got right to work. Very clean neat install, showed us how to operate our hole house fan.we where referred to Rhodes electric bye our family and we will keep referring them to our family and friends. Had a friend install a quiet cool fan and so when it came time to finally put one in I contacted Dillon at Rhodes Electric, as they were a diamond installer for Quiet Cool. I got on the schedule and Dillion wanted to get my install done before the end of the month when a rebate from quiet cool was expiring (awesome) as the end of the month was coming super quickly. That saved me $150.00. I loved how great Dillon was with the easy and thorough communications via text and email, all super expedient. I got texts/emails with quote, day of install, time frame, names and photo of installers... very professional. The day of the install I got a call from the installers Shawn and Evan that they had finished their first job and were on their way. The two had masks on (COVID-19) they put on little booties to keep the floor clean. They went over where to install the fan, they did the work, cleaned up, showed us how to use the remote. Very professional and curious. We are enjoying the way the house cools down at night or in the mornings.

5 stars!! Awesome service all the way around!! I had a QuietCool fan installed in my house yesterday by Rhodes Electric.
I found them, because they're listed as an authorized ""Platinum"" Dealer on QuietCool's website.
I reached out to them through yelp, and Dillon responded immediately. He asked me some basic information in order to help me find the right size fan for my home, offered me a great price (I got quotes from five companies, and Rhodes Electric was the best), and schedule my installation, all through messaging on yelp.

Yesterday, Shawn and Evan , Both very friendly and professional gentleman, came out to my home to install the fan. They arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently and they had the fan installed in about an hour. When they were done, I had some other home repair electrical needs for them to look into, and they quickly diagnosed and repaired those issues for me as well! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any other electrical projects in my home!! And if you're looking for a QuietCool Fan, you can't go wrong with Rhodes Electric!

Thanks for the response Dillon, unfortunately much of the work you did for us was subpar and I've had to have other electricians come to fix your work. Your supposed to oversee your team work but that wasn't done with my project, they did sloppy work as they tired to get out of there as quickly as possible and you were nowhere to be found.

I get that your trying to fix your reputation by posting information about our exchange but at the end of the day you were paid for your work and didn't do a good job, maybe it's because you got too comfortable or ego set in, that sometimes happens to new business owners that are busy and think they can dictate what not to do for customer satisfaction. That's just inexperience and you will learn that over time.
