I recently purchased two properties that needed to be brought up to code. We added about a dozen outlets, hundreds of feet of electrical wiring, new circuits for three bathrooms and washer/dryer along with a new electrical service connection by centerpoint. The existing wiring was a mess. The worklist was three pages long. To make matters worse, an electrician I previously used had cut corners, and some of his work had to be redone. Randall was on top of the project from the very beginning, spending extra time to get the work done and on schedule. He maintained an open dialog with the inspectors (something that is critical for these complex projects), answering questions and demonstrating the repairs that were made so we got the properties inspected and up to code. He knows his stuff and doesn't play games with billing. The price was reasonable and transparent. Randall promptly responds to texts. He saved the project, and I feel very grateful to have found him. It was a difficult and time consuming job requiring over four full days of work by Randall and his helpers, but I'm very pleased with the outcome. I'm an electrical engineer, and I can fully endorse his work. He will be my go-to electrician from now on. My only complaint is he is very busy so plan accordingly. You may have to wait a week or so to get the work started.

All I can say is WOW! The guys saved my life! Last night the smoke detectors started to chirp as I went to bed, driving me and my dogs crazy! So bad that we had to find a hotel. So I got back home this morning and found the detectors silent but that concerned me. Now my batteries are changed 2x a year and had just been changed.
I was told about wired systems with a battery that can last 10 years.
I spoke the the Fireman about that. He said the old ones may have dirty sensors & shared how to fix that. Suggested I change the batteries on the old device while I decide about the long term detectors which are lost more expensive.
I called RHK Electrical and Randal picked right up! I have a 262 area code on my cell & nobody picks up.
Randal took his time explaining the system and how it needs to connect to my excising system. We set it up that when he got back to the office we would schedule something later this week.
Soooo I went and bought the detectors...all happy...until I got home detectors going off...dogs going crazy & Im about to crack from no sleep at the hotel.
I left a message for Randal and he had someone at my home in 20 minutes!!!!
I so appreciated feeling like my business was important to him even a small job like that!

I made several phone calls and once I got a hold of our HK electrical I knew that I was very fortunate to have somebody that knew what they were doing. I was in a dilemma and needed immediate help Anny came to my house right away. I was trying to install a GFI switch in my bathroom and I was not doing too well at it, and he was able to fit me in on quick schedule. He quickly was able to diagnose the problem test to circuitry check my breakers and fix my problem. I highly recommend using Randall.

Called due to a ground line needing replacement after Centerpoint disconnected suddenly for damage. Pricing was fair and communication thorough. Electrician even responded via text message and phone call at 11pm when something wasn't quite right, and then came by in person to make sure everything was good next morning.
