RHK Electrical is a lifesaver. To anyone that needs an electrician in the Cypress/Spring/Tomball area: I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My grandparents urgently needed to have their gas stove replaced with an electric range, when we realized they needed to add a 220V outlet we called RHK. Randal came out promptly, made a reasonably priced bid, returned the next day as promised, and very professionally completed the work (in an attic that is effectively a sauna at this time of year).

They hooked up the new stove although I'd forgotten to ask them to, and when they finished didn't even disturb my grandparents (who were taking an afternoon nap), just cleaned up and gave me a call to settle up. I offered to round up and pay Randal an extra 5%, he wouldn't even take it, just asked me to leave him a review.

My family has been dealing with several other genuine emergencies right now, my grandparents are at an age where bad people take advantage of them, and Randal did the right thing. I can't thank him enough.

Randall of RHK Electrical has exceeded our expectations of an electrician. He was able to provide a quote the same day we requested one, and he was able to start the project the next day (digging up the backyard for a wire reroute). His crew arrived on time and were extremely friendly and courteous with our property. Randall himself was digging and working alongside his crew and that spoke a lot about his character and his business. After their service was completed, I had to wait on Centerpoint to come turn our power back on, and Randall left a member of his crew to hang out for over an hour as a courtesy to make sure everything went okay. We have found our new electrician for all of our future electrical needs. Pricing was great, communication was outstanding, overall professionalism was exceptional... call RHK before anyone else!

Every tech showed up in a mask. To me this was important in times of Covid.
We had a service call related to not getting power in all plugs and switched on a particular wall. These problems go from a simple solution like resetting the breakers to tracing the problem along the wiring. Our was the later and the techs were very well equipped for the challenge. More than that they had the logic and experience that helped trace the issue quicker and methodically.
I would recommend RHK for their great work.

I was having a problem with an outlet to my microwave. I called and he tried to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. After being unsuccessful, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Anthony and Randal showed up on time and figured out the problem quickly. Thanks guys!

We unintentionally purchased a fixer upper that required some rewriting, a new box and even instillation of another electrical line from the city. RHK did excellent work with the repairs and was very knowledgeable. My husband is a pretty demanding engineer with high standards and was very pleased. Would recommend.

I recently purchased two properties that needed to be brought up to code. We added about a dozen outlets, hundreds of feet of electrical wiring, new circuits for three bathrooms and washer/dryer along with a new electrical service connection by centerpoint. The existing wiring was a mess. The worklist was three pages long. To make matters worse, an electrician I previously used had cut corners, and some of his work had to be redone. Randall was on top of the project from the very beginning, spending extra time to get the work done and on schedule. He maintained an open dialog with the inspectors (something that is critical for these complex projects), answering questions and demonstrating the repairs that were made so we got the properties inspected and up to code. He knows his stuff and doesn't play games with billing. The price was reasonable and transparent. Randall promptly responds to texts. He saved the project, and I feel very grateful to have found him. It was a difficult and time consuming job requiring over four full days of work by Randall and his helpers, but I'm very pleased with the outcome. I'm an electrical engineer, and I can fully endorse his work. He will be my go-to electrician from now on. My only complaint is he is very busy so plan accordingly. You may have to wait a week or so to get the work started.

All I can say is WOW! The guys saved my life! Last night the smoke detectors started to chirp as I went to bed, driving me and my dogs crazy! So bad that we had to find a hotel. So I got back home this morning and found the detectors silent but that concerned me. Now my batteries are changed 2x a year and had just been changed.
I was told about wired systems with a battery that can last 10 years.
I spoke the the Fireman about that. He said the old ones may have dirty sensors & shared how to fix that. Suggested I change the batteries on the old device while I decide about the long term detectors which are lost more expensive.
I called RHK Electrical and Randal picked right up! I have a 262 area code on my cell & nobody picks up.
Randal took his time explaining the system and how it needs to connect to my excising system. We set it up that when he got back to the office we would schedule something later this week.
Soooo I went and bought the detectors...all happy...until I got home detectors going off...dogs going crazy & Im about to crack from no sleep at the hotel.
I left a message for Randal and he had someone at my home in 20 minutes!!!!
I so appreciated feeling like my business was important to him even a small job like that!

I had a tenant call with a buzzing sound and burning smell from one of my apartment buildings. I called Randall at RHK and he was there in 45 minutes. He fixed the issue was fair with the price. I would highly recommend RHK Electrical!!

I made several phone calls and once I got a hold of our HK electrical I knew that I was very fortunate to have somebody that knew what they were doing. I was in a dilemma and needed immediate help Anny came to my house right away. I was trying to install a GFI switch in my bathroom and I was not doing too well at it, and he was able to fit me in on quick schedule. He quickly was able to diagnose the problem test to circuitry check my breakers and fix my problem. I highly recommend using Randall.
