Called due to a ground line needing replacement after Centerpoint disconnected suddenly for damage. Pricing was fair and communication thorough. Electrician even responded via text message and phone call at 11pm when something wasn't quite right, and then came by in person to make sure everything was good next morning. These guys are amazing! Randall didn't give me any BS on my price quote. He was honest and to the point! Him and his partner showed up at the time we had discussed. They were kind and professional. I even changed my mind on the height of the light fixture they were hanging for me and he didn't huff and puff about it.
They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Very very efficient.
I would highly highly recommend them to anyone.
In fact, we had such a good experience with them, that we will be using them again to hang another fixture In the near future.

We had a Ring doorbell that was already installed, but not hard wired into our doorbell. Also, our chime was disconnected. RHK Electrical came out and reconnected the chime, made sure everything was working properly, and hard wired in our Ring doorbell. Now, our Ring doorbell rings on my phone, but also, our original doorbell chimes from the chime box installed upstairs which was not working before. Our doorbell is finally working again. Such a relief.

I called on a Friday afternoon and they picked up on the first attempt. I was able to schedule an appointment for a rental house for that following Monday. Very easy. I sent text messages and although I had to follow up a few times, they did indeed end up showing up to the house as promised. They performed the necessary fixes and satisfied the tenant requests. The communication could have been a little better but I overall I was very pleased and will use their services next time. Thanks again.

Randall and his team did a decent job on can Lights installation. Mine was on a 2-story high ceiling and many don't do that high ceilings but RHK electrical does.. I contacted them via yelp and they were quick to respond. I set an appointment for a quote. Randall came by and then gave me the quote next day and then in a couple of days it was all done.

Pros: Quick, prompt, thorough, insured, did good job

Con: Only con if I may add is that they are not cheap. I was desperate so I didn't do a good job of negotiating with them so ended up paying a lot higher. I could have easily saved a couple of hundred if I negotiated well.

e.g.

1) I was charged extra for a high ceiling lift that was rented by Randall. Without realizing that he was going to use it for 2-3 jobs in a day - I agreed to bear the full cost. Ideally he should have split the rental cost across the multiple jobs but instead he asked me to bear the cost. I did point it out to him when I learned about multiple jobs but he shrugged it off by saying that the cost was all agreed. Again it was more of my mistake than anything else but I would have preferred if he was more open and forthcoming in the first place.

2) Paid at least $100 more for cost of material. I didn't know what all supplies/parts to buy, so asked them to buy. Later looked up cost on home depot and found that i was charged $100 higher than retail.
