I give my highest review to RG Electric, Inc. Roy and his team of specialists are skilled, meticulous, efficient, on-time and a real bonus... they clean up when finished. I found the pricing to be fair and the work superior. Roy was especially detailed, when he pointed out previous poor quality electrical done by another company, that needed correction. He was gracious, clear and never tried to sell us on services.

I look forward to our next project and working with Roy and his team again.

Wish we had found Roy & his team FIRST... Sorry to say, another electrician had started a job for us. We did not hire them directly & was through the General Contractor. Then when corrections were issued by the inspector, the original electrician was no where to be found. Now we were stuck with a half completed project & no other electrician willing to take over as no one wanted to be held responsible for the corrections and/or tied to the previous electricians work. Luckily we found Roy & his team. We texted him some pictures & Roy came out the next day to quote the project. Roy was willing to take over the project even with the outstanding corrections & even spent time with us to inspect more than 10 Smoke/CO detectors in all the units.

Roy & his team was PROMPT, FAST, PROFESSIONAL, & got the JOB DONE! On the day of FINAL inspections, I was obviously nervous having already gone through a horrible experience the 1st time around. Then Roy said ""See, Nothing to be Nervous About..."" & then we PASSED! Roy had actually worked with the same inspector on a different project.

It is very true that you never think of building a relationship with an electrician, but when you find someone as good as Roy & RG Electric, you will want to stay with them. Please NOTE that we are a property manager based in San Francisco, but the building Roy & his team worked on is in Los Angeles, CA. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from RG Electric. Roy is fair, honest and responsive. His crews know what they're doing and they were very helpful in getting around some complex issues that arose from the switches I had selected for my unit. Highly recommend RG Electric.

After calling 4 electricians who were all too busy or not interested for my residential repair I found RG electric. They were very nice and very accommodating to work around the schedule of my tenant. Rg was on time and fixed the issue for a fair price. Definitely will use them again.

It's interesting you don't think about building a relationship w/ an electrician outside of when a dire situation arises. While this was the reason that I came across Roy and his company it's his level of professionalism, follow up and overall care to ensure my electric needs are all met that kept me going to him over the years.

He's the first person I think of when something comes up, and in an industry where many aren't trustworthy I have personally found Roy to be one of a kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING HIM!

Unbelieavably pleased! I had to change appointments multiple times and there was never any issue. They showed up promptly at 7am as promised, did the work, took meticulous care of our property, cleaned up and did super clean work. I bought my first condo in July of this year and decided to have recessed lighting put in since the place doesn't get as much natural light as I would like. This company previously did work on our condo -- we have since purchased a house that needed work. So we called them back. They relocated our electrical box from one side of the house to the other, updated boxes, added two ceiling lights into bedrooms that had none, fixed lights on our outdoor stairs and added gfi's to our bathroom. All this work was done in two days with complete professionalism. The crew was kind, dealt with having our dog and two year old very interested in their work and cleaned up after all the work. Again I highly recommend RG Electric for big or small projects!
