These guys showed up 5 mins EARLY, very professional, wore masks the whole time, and completed the job quickly and well.

They were great answering questions and concerns I had, and even followed-up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and that I didn't need anything additional. Communication throughout was also quick and easy.

Highly recommend RF Electric, and will be calling them if I need any more electrical work done around the house.

I had a couple of small electrical repairs so I called around for estimates. I sent RG Electric photos of the work I needed done. They were prompt with my quote but it was TRIPLE what the other two contractors I contacted quoted me! Buyer beware.

Update: This morning I was called 6 times in a row by a no caller ID number before 9am. I screen my calls so I let them go to voicemail but no messages were left. After the 5th call in rapid succession I became worried there might be an emergency from a family member. It turns out all the calls were from RG Electric. He wanted to talk to me about this review. He said that the estimate was so high because he wanted to account for possible unknowns in the job. I shared with him that the other contractors I called for estimates gave me a base rate for the repairs (approx $300 as opposed to RG's $900+). The other contractors acknowledged if there were complications to the repairs they would alert me before doing work outside of the scope of their original quote. RG Electric then said he was ""new to this"" and apologized for giving me such a high quote. I shared with him that I had read other reviews of their company here on yelp that also cited excessively high estimates so it seems like this was not a one time issue. Calling me because of a negative Yelp review 6 times in less than an hour was unprofessional & unacceptable. I advise folks to stay away.

They performed multiple jobs for me including installing a ring doorbell, installing a floodlight camera where one didn't exist before, installing a outlet outside my house, fixing another outlet I had outdoors that wasn't working, all for a great price

Took about a two weeks of sporadic email replies to get his crew to come. Charged $500 to install two outdoor gfci outlets. Came back home after the finished and then left this for me. Small job and pretty big mistake.

RG Electric installed LED recessed lights in my kitchen and laundry area. After requesting a quote, Roy came and gave a quote within the next few days. He provided a sample of the lights to be installed and explained the different degrees of lighting. Also suggested the layout of lighting for the kitchen. Following the quote, we agreed upon a start date for the following week. His staff (Miguel and Ishmael) arrived on time and put protective covering on the floors, walls, cabinets and appliances. They also marked the location of the lights on the ceiling prior to installation to ensure that they were placed in the desired location and also to ensure that the lights were programmed for the brightness that I wanted. After the installation, they cleaned the area, swept and also vacuumed the floor. They finished the job in 3 and 1/2 hours and left the area spotless. Price was also reasonable.
