I had an issue with my gas furnace in January. The techs at Reynolds never gave up on trying to diagnose and solve my problem. They were responsive, they cared about my situation, and we finally found the problem and now it is resolved. The easy thing would have been to recommend a replacement, but they stuck to it. Good job and thanks for the persistence.

If you could give 0 stars I would. This business does not represent the caring, loving community of Sherman. This service is something you would expect in a large city with no care for its people.
My warranty company chose them to replace a fan in the house and the tech couldn't complete the job the same da the next day he called me to collect a fee, he left a voice-mail stating he forgot to get the fee. I called back and had to leave. Voice-mail and asked when they would complete the work and normally they are paid when when complete the work. 3 days later I get a call and they tell me i need to go to home depot and buy my own fan and they will reimburse me. I'm at work and don't have time to argue about them doing their job so I tell them I'm ending the call. I get a text right away making threats about getting me blackmailed from insurance companies. He also told his boss that I refused to pay and slammed the door in his face. The kicker is I have a camera with sound inside and outside my house. I have the voice-mail I also have the texts as proof.
I went to the business in person to pay and they were hostle and rude. Refused to listen to and watch the proof their tech lied and the lady told me I had to leave.
Sherman is home of great. I'll gladly play the voice-mail and camera footage for anyone who wants it.

We had them out to service all units two weeks ago, we get to our lake house and one unit isn't working. They can't get anyone out until Tuesday, and hang ip on me when I want a refund for the ""service"". Bad attitude as well for phone operator- we have babies coming up and they hang up on me when I compain about no service until Tuesday! Horrible

Reynolds Electric employees stole jewelry from my hallway bathroom, right next to the thermostat they were working on. No one else was in my house that day. Danny Reynolds offered to put in an insurance claim to compensate for the stolen items, but now will not return my calls. Do not think that you can trust these people in your home.

Great company!!! Staff is extremely friendly. We have used them several times. They are usually able to come out the same day or the next day after you call. They are a little pricey.

Called a week ago and set up a service for today. They said they would be here between 8-9. At 9:15 I was calling to see where they were because I only took a half a day off. Said they were running late.... at 12 I gave up and called Advanced Cooling they came out within 2 hrs and only cost $75.

Very nice and they cared. They were on time and got the job one. Priced very fair. I'd use them again for sure!
