Recommended Customer Reviews
Cat M.The team at Reyff Electrical was knowledgeable and courteous in all our dealings for our swim spa install. They gave us great options and a competitive price. Quality work and friendly service.
Melissa R.I had a very strange electric problem that I spent much time trying to fix and finally gave up and went to Reyff. They came out as promised, on time, and fixed my problem for a super reasonable price.
Kathleen M.Everyone I dealt with was really friendly.... from the receptionist/scheduler, the gentleman who gave me the estimate to the techs, Estevan and Jacob. These two guys were here 2 different occasions and each time were friendly, professional and efficient. Talk about tidying up afterward.....they took every precaution. We had ceiling fans installed with new boxes/switches and a TV/cable/HDMI outlet (this one was NOT an easy task).
We highly recommend this company.

Erin P.Chet just came by to do an estimate for a lot of work. The estimate is a great value and I have confidence with the company to complete the work.
I had Reyff come back and install several light fixtures, plugs and a new breaker box. They also installed outdoor outlets.
Great service. Will only use this company from now on.
Hank R.Life savers!
Will Phinney and Estevan are Life savers. The forklift Outlet burned out and we had thousands of pounds and thousands of dollars of material outside that needed to be brought back in. I called Reyff electric and they sent Estevan out and it was fixed an hour later.
Thanks Reyff
The finished job was done in a extremely professional manner and everything is great. We had a few code challenges but the crew responded quickly and professionally and addressed all of the ""cities"" concerns. They are my go to electricians for future work. I only gave 4 stars because of the extra work we had to go through to meet code. My recommendation to anyone who has pulled a permit and hires any tradesman is to have the city inspector on site with the contractor to make sure everyone is on the same page before the work is ""completed"". This will save everyone a lot of time - and money. The Reyff crew is really great and extremely helpful.
We had a great experience with Reyff and I would recommend them to any homeowner. Every person we dealt with was cheerful, courteous, and competent. They delivered n their estimates, they showed up on time, and cleaned up nicely. Good value overall. Nice people. Would call them again in a heartbeat.
From quoting the job to completion, the team at Reyff was awesome. Showed up on time, and did the job as promised and on budget. We wouldn't hesitate recommending them!
Always professional and reliable. I recently had a problem with some recessed LED lights burning out sooner then expected, Reyff replaced them shortly after I contacted them. This is reassuring as I live alone and am electrically impaired!
Mark S.I Called the Rohnert Park location around the first part of August. Was told either Fernando or Estaphan would be out to evaluate and give an estimate. A few hours before the scheduled time Chet came by without any notice.
I was a bit surprised but was glad to see someone coming by.
When scheduling I asked for someone who was seasoned as I had not done business before and wanted to be sure that I would receive someone experienced. Chet assured me he was the right man and all that work are great at there work. He also mentioned he was the superior to those mentioned. So all good............great
After reviewing my needs and a brief discussion Chet said he would be back in a week to let me know an estimate as he was leaving for a weeks vacation. I didn't care that much about a week so I said OK. Close to two weeks go by and no communication. I thought best to call. Turned out the vacation was two weeks not one. Well OK. After that I waited till mid week with no contact so I called to see what was up. I believe I left a message asking for input. A day or two later I got a voice message from Chet saying that my electrical needs were in review and he would get back to me. Now Friday evening an d haven't heard anything?
So here we are 3 weeks later with no bid and no real communication.
I only called Reyff Electric as I didn't have a lot of time to discuss my needs and felt I would just give the job to him if it sounded anywhere reasonable.
In all fairness I am aware of how difficult it is in the contracting world to do things In a timely manner but in this case I feel that if you can't give the service requested then field it to another colleague and don't tie up the customer. It gets real old being in the dark from contractors who don't do what they say they are going to do and waisting the customers time. At least keep a minimal amount of communication in place.
Sorry but fair is fair. This is substandard.
Good luck all
Mark S.
