Got the job done in the middle of everyone reacting to power outages, although it was not done on the day initially agreed and I almost cancelled. It WAS complete and thorough, though, after it took 3 technicians and a few parts store runs about 8 hours over 2 days for a transfer switch install and natural gas line through brick for a portable generator. Pricing was fair although just a little bit higher than others whom would have taken a week longer to arrive. So despite some disorganization in setting it up, and to be fair it was a very crazy time, it all got done and done well.

My dogs chewed through some wires to my outside A/C unit in the back yard. Unfortunately, chewing through the wires blew something else in the attic. Arturo, the technician that came out, was a very professional and courteous young man. Not only did he quickly repair the problem and got the A/C up and running, the company also gave me a great deal on replacing my thermostat while he was here (I had an old model when they were still using mercury). High recommend this company. I would definitely call them again!
