I have done lighting work twice with JMK, once at my home and once at an auto shop i run. They were on schedule and did a flawless job both times. Very happy with my automatic lights. My electric bill has gone down a hair since installing them.

2nd time i used them was at my business. The electricians were very accommodating to the customers as we were working right next to waiting area.

Will def use again in the future.

they went above and beyond, working long and hard to install a new electrical panel and a wall charger for an electric car. The price was very reasonable, in my opinion. I will hire them again soon, to do the electrical work for air conditioning for our home.

I was in the middle of a remodel prior to moving in to our new home, and had to also move my electric vehicle charger to the new place. JMK was very responsive about appointments and answering any questions. They showed up on time and gave recommendations at the initial consult, as well as the final installation. They were accommodating to schedule change as well when they had to come back to do the installation due to other work being done. I would definitely recommend them if you want electrical work done, as they were responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and performed quality work.

JMK Electric completed an electrical job that entailed reconfiguring circuit breakers and expanding usage of my current electrical panel, adding 6 dedicated circuits in my crawlspace, cleaning up some old circuit issues which where called out by my building inspector, and installing outlets in basement/crawlspace as well as upstairs and outside my home. They helped me figure out voltage requirements for my dehumidifier/ air flow. They tried to convince me to do less dedicated circuits to save money, but did what I asked when i explained my reasoning. We had one situation where there was a bit of confusion about the quote but he said that since it was their issue he wouldn't charge me for the small issue, but I also added something else on the job that i hope made up for it. I called up 4 electrical contractors to bid the job that were very well qualified. But JMK won the bid because they were priced reasonably, asked the right questions about the job, and ALSO treated me with respect, and not just some dumb girl who doesn't know anything and can get taken for high pricing. In my bid process, many contractors are unaware that I have an engineering degree, so I always look for a responsible discussion of options, and not just throw out the most expensive one. Before I had this job priced out, i asked my handyman for advice and then waited to see if electricians would state that option. JMK immediately discussed that option as they looked at my home. The work was done with highly qualified electricians, timing was reasonable, and they worked to meet a special scheduling need that i had with another contractor, and they also completed a building code inspection too, which many electricians try to talk you out of today. I want all my house electrical to be inspected! JMK passed first time of course and no issues.

I will go to JMK for future electrical needs. Thank goodness I found an excellent and fair contractor!

I recently had work done by JMK Electric, and let me say, they had some of the best service I've had. Danielle was very polite, and assisted me on the phone by scheduling an appointment. They were very clean and reasonably fast when it came to getting the job done. I'm very satisfied with the work that was completed and I am planning on using them for all my future Electric plans. In summary, JMK is THE shop for all electrical works you'll ever need.

We needed a 50 Amp 240 V line drop with a NEMA14-50 in the garage for an electric car. We called a few companies but none returned with any quotation as promised. We had to call back and repeatedly emailed them to get formal quotations . JMK was the last one we called and Danielle from JMK started the dialogue immediately

It turned out we also need to upgrade the panel from 100 to 200amp. The total cost is very reasonable compared with other shops. The job started a couple of weeks later (could be couple of days if it wasn't raining) and finished in a day and a half. The craftsmanship was spot on. I did wait for a few weeks to see how the car charging performs before writing this review and it was great.

Jay and his team are the best you can have! I recently did a remodel at one of my business and they are so organize and professional. They gave me excellent opinions and suggestions on my remodel. Their prices are very reasonable and they work with you. They clean up after themselves every time so I didn't have to.


I highly recommend JMK for any electrical work !

Very professional, reasonably priced, and good quality work.

I asked for quotes for a new Tesla Charger from a few of the sites recommended on the Tesla page. JMK was the most prompt and efficient (a couple others asked for a bunch of pictures and then never got back to me), and they showed up exactly on time and did a great job on the installation.

Great communication throughout as well. Will definitely use again.

Installed 12 recessed LED lights in our dark rooms. Now we have light!
