Proudly female-owned! I have extensive Journeyman in residential electrical work. Alongside me is a Master-level electrician. I offer a fixed price of $550 for a half-day service to tackle your home improvement projects for locations up to 30 miles away. I handle many different tasks beyond electrical services. I have a wide-ranging skill set and I am confident I can help you tackle that to-do list you’ve been saving for years for your loved one who hasn’t gotten to it!
I began as a helper for an electrical contractor, moving up the ranks to complete electrical installations in new homes on a piecework basis and then transitioning to rough-ins. After four years, I successfully completed the journeyman qualification in the year 1985. Additionally, I possess a foundation in carpentry, especially in framing projects. As an avid homesteader, I’ve learned the ability to fix and repair almost everything on my own. I’ve collaborated with numerous tradespeople in multiple fields.
I care greatly about the needs of my clients. I thrive on finding solutions and seeking ways to meet their requirements now and in the future. For me, it’s not only finishing the first project; it’s being called back down the line that distinguishes me. I am thorough and ensure cleanliness in my work. I work hard and take pleasure in woodworking as much as I do with wiring. Some days can be tough with crawling in insulation or digging extensive trenches and my hands get worn, but at the end of the day, I take pride in my honesty, completed quality work and that you are satisfied while I receive fair compensation and appreciation. I am confident due to my understanding of the tasks and the skills I possess.

Tia M.If you have any kind of electrical problem in your home, and you want a very knowledgeable and experienced electrician to fix it, then you should definitely call Holly from Residential Service Associates! Holly was the first electrician to get back to me, after I did a web-search for local electricians. I asked her to come over the next day, and she arrived promptly, walked inside and immediately identified my electrical issue (old, faulty wiring). She's very easy-going and friendly, and doesn't waste any time (hers or yours) making the work drag on, so she can make more money. Her hourly rate and flat rate are very fair, and she's very meticulous, as she informed me that my fire alarm was no longer functioning--I had no idea! Then she advised me to purchase a different brand of fire alarm that's much better than the one I had, but didn't cost much more than the old one. Holly works hard to provide affordable, quality service to her customers, and I highly recommend her! I'm going to hire her again in the very near future, to do some carpentry and pressure-cleaning. She pretty much does it ALL!...

Even though the job I asked her to do turned into a much bigger issue she took it in stride and even stayed much later in the eve to finish. We had a new GFI switch in bathroom added, broken circuits fixed, shed wired and new boxes put in as well as my husband's confusion and fire hazards cleaned up. Within minutes she knew exactly why we were having issues and took care of it. My husbands ""Honey do list"" has become a ""honey you are never touching this again list."" I am calling Holly. She patiently explained why and what she was doing to myself, my husband and my 90 yrs. old father. Her price was lower than we expected and was within the ballpark of the original quoted price with nothing extra added in spite of issues and later hours. I will definitely be calling her again.
