William Bell arrived to give me a free estimate regarding my aging electrical panel. I had already had 2 other contractors over for their opinions. I was so impressed and appreciative of his patience with my many, MANY questions and his clear and thorough explanations about my complex electrical situation (which cleared up a lot of the conflicting information I had previously gotten from the other contractors). Generous with his time and great attitude towards service. I would not hesitate to hire him for a job.

Half of my house lost electric today(Valentine's day of all days!) And William from Residential Electrical Specialist responded to my desperate cry for help on Nextdoor right away and was able to come out that same day to save the day. He was clear about his charges and was extremely reasonable! He arrived promptly at the time he provided and was able to discover the problem and rectify our issues right away (old house wiring issues). He didn't even want to charge us but we insisted. You can't find honest customer service and care like that anywhere! He even offered to come help us change out our old outlets on his days off!! (What a great guy!!) I have definitely locked him in our phone to reach out for anything electrical in the future. I beyond highly recommend Residential Electrical Specialiats, tell them Jeannie sent you!

We were recommended William Bell for some electrical work (lighting, switches, outlets, and some new wire runs). William is very timely and communicates clearly on what is/isn't possible, expectations for timelines, and providing updates as the work took a couple days to complete. We've had a couple follow up questions/concerns with some of the electrical in our older house and William has come by to check it out within 24hours both times that's really given us some peace of mind.

Ok people...I've used a lot of different services and have had mixed results. Not the case with William and his brother. These guys are great. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customer and explaining everything in ways anyone can understand. All this and their services are quite reasonable. In fact, i paid them a bit more than their original quote because they worked so hard and did all the little things to make the job right.

If you need some electrical work give this guys a shot you won't be disappointed.

He showed up on time, was professional, easy to talk to, a great communicator, and did not try to upsell me on anything I can't afford at this point in time.
If you need any electrical service in your home, knows what he's doing, especially if you need someone to work with your budget, you won't be disappointed.
