It ended up being a short visit because of that, so I can't offer a ton of details, but it was overall very positive!!!

We had an emergency overnight outage at our home and Joseph responded promptly and was at our house within two hours on a Sunday morning. He was thorough and quickly determined that SDGE should be contacted. He remained on site until the technician arrived and even help direct SDGE at what he (correctly) suspected the problem was. He took the time to make sure our refrigerator had power, knowing it had been off for several hours.
I could not have been more impressed with Joseph's knowledge, ability to troubleshoot, explain and give the possible options. He was professional and very polite.
Overall an outstanding experience. I will definitely call Residental Electrical in the future.
