Patty M.I had an appointment at noon today to meet with someone from RES Electric and no one showed up or called to explain until 3.5 hours later. Very unprofessional. I understand when things change unexpectedly, but let your customer know right away...even before your appointment (if you KNOW you're not going to make it) instead of keeping you hanging for hours.
