If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, reasonable electrician who cares about their work, Charlie is the way to go. Charlie helped us in the past four years on multiple projects big to small in our condo, including repairing breakers, installing new panels, new light fixtures, etc. The experience has always been positive.

Charlie would always understand our needs, and patiently explain details about what work is involved, what the budget would look like for different options, and what's the regulation and permit requirement before the work starts. This ensures that we don't encounter any surprises during the project. Then he executed the job beyond expectation and within budget. Our family and city inspectors have always been impressed by his meticulous job.

More than just a lighting service, Charlie is our go-to electrician for all sorts of household things. He has re- wired our garage to accommodate an electric door-opener, and most recently he replaced a failing bathroom heater/exhaust fan. He is a real problem solver, and also a really nice guy! called Charlie on a Saturday afternoon after my bathroom light went out. it wasn't the bulb. I could smell something burning and the fixture felt hot to the touch. Charlie answered right away. he was working and within the hour he was changing the ballast where all the wires connect into, something I wouldn't even begin to know about. 15 minutes later, he was done and on his way and he's reasonably priced.
