called Charlie on a Saturday afternoon after my bathroom light went out. it wasn't the bulb. I could smell something burning and the fixture felt hot to the touch. Charlie answered right away. he was working and within the hour he was changing the ballast where all the wires connect into, something I wouldn't even begin to know about. 15 minutes later, he was done and on his way and he's reasonably priced.

It was the worst service ever. He charged me an hour of fee of doing basically nothing. We want to change electronic panel and ask him a quote. Usually it is free quote. He did South Edison phone calls with me. He find we may have asbestos in our closet ceiling. He started to make phone calls for asbestos testing for me, which I did not ask him to do. I can totally make phone calls myself and not be charged. At last, he told me he was going to charge me an hour for his service. OMG, he has done nothing just walking around the house, looking up phone numbers and make phone calls.

Also he cannot give me a detail quote for the electronic panel either. He told me he charges by hour and can only tell me it is around $3000 to $4000, which is around double the cost of other electricians.
