I would highly recommend renew the electric. He was very responsive in my request through Yelp. Pricing was great. He arrived on time as scheduled and even had to come back another day because we failed to have the right equipment. Didn't charge us anything extra, even though we did pay him a little bit extra, but he was on time, friendly, very professional and knew what he was doing. I hired Eddie from Renewed Electric to install an EV charger at my home, and I'm very happy with the experience. I reached out to six electricians (two never responded) and Eddie was the first to get back to me. He gave me two pricing options based on different ways to approach the job, both of which were reasonable compared to others. Another electrician tried to base their price on the type of car I own, which felt like price gouging. At the end of the day, electricity is electricity--it doesn't typically care what kind of car you drive, and the technical requirements (in my case) are the same regardless.

As suggested above, Eddie's pricing was fair and aligned with what I found online. He was punctual, prepared, and took the time to clearly explain everything after I sent him detailed photos. He didn't mind that I watched him for a few minutes to better understand the process. In fact, he was eager to show me what he'd be doing and how he'd do it. About 90 minutes later, he knocked on my door and walked me through the finished work.

Hiring a licensed contractor for electrical work is critical to me because of the obvious safety hazards and risks like fires. Eddie is a fully licensed ""C-10"" electrical contractor (license #1125941), which gave me peace of mind that everything was done safely and up to code. I highly recommend Eddie for any electrical work--great service, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship.
