We needed a couple light fixtures installed before guests come to visit. We had a set appointment at 430p on a Monday to start the work. 530p rolls around and I finally get a message saying that they'll swing by at 7p if thats ok. First off I took time unpaid from work so I can meet this guy at 430p. Second He doesn't show up at 430p and i wait for an hour before I get any kind of response. Third he wants to move the appointment to 7p.

I would have been ok if I got a call or a message around 430p to reschedule. I get it. Things come up. Jobs run long. Whatever. But I basically waited for an hour, that i took off work, waiting for a response. Not professional. Managing your scheduling is part of business.


Update: Ricardo got back to me, apologized and wanted to give me a $50 credit for my trouble if I rescheduled. He'll be back Thursday. He made things right. Customer service goes a long way. Adjusting my rating back to 5 stars

Update2: Ricardo came on time Thursday. He was on time, polite and performed the installation to our satisfaction. He quoted some very reasonable prices on some other work we wanted done. We would hire him again and recommend him to anyone else out there looking for an electrician.

Ricardo and his assistant installed our 2 bathroom fans with attic duct work. He was professional, communication was very clear about the process, he peppered the area with protective plastic, cleaned up during, and after the job was done. All of it was done in a few hours. The bid he gave us was very reasonable and affordable too.
