I excel in designing and producing comprehensive build sets for submission, and I offer permit expediting services in select areas. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in Eichler renovations, I provide creative solutions for Eichler homeowners. My home inspections for future homeowners include detailed insights into potential repair and enhancement costs. I provide a range of electrical services, including lighting installation, troubleshooting, service upgrades, and both complete and partial rewiring, along with spa and solar design and installation. I offer free estimates and subcontractor referrals. Having worked with numerous contractors and developed a broad range of skills in different construction and technical positions, launching my own business felt like the next logical step. In my self-employment, I have completed development projects and authored home improvement articles for CA Modern magazine as a freelance writer.
