My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Michael and his Dad. I love that this is a family owned company I never felt like I was working with a business.

Michael came out to give us a quote and it honestly felt like a nice visit. The next day his Dad came out ( I wish I could recall his name ) to put in a 30 AMP RV plug for us. He was the nicest man and we really enjoyed visiting with him. He got everything finished quickly and beautifully. His handiwork is truly impressive and the price was fair. I will only be using them for all of our electrical needs.

We used Remedy Electric to upgrade some recessed lighting fixtures. They were very responsive in accommodating the time frame we requested for an appointment and they actually showed up exactly on time for the appointment. They were extremely courteous and contentious from a personal standpoint and very knowledgeable and professional in the work they did. I would highly recommend Remedy to any of my friends or family.

The lights in my house were flickering intermittently so I called Remedy to come out to take a look. I had already had the power company out to confirm that everything was ok on their side and COA power said their side was fine.

When the guys came out they were friendly and knowledgable. After a good bit of troubleshooting, they found a few small issues in my electrical panel that they quickly tighten up but couldn't' find anything in the house that could be causing the flickering. They said that the issue had to be on the power companies side and told me exactly what to say when I called COA to have them come back out.

Sure enough, when COA came back out they found a major issue at the street and it was exactly what Remedy thought it was.

Their pricing is reasonable and their service is excelent. I will be recomending them to anyone that needs a quality electrician.

I had to use Remedy Electric again due to a power outage issue. I had to call them very early in the morning. They responded right away and Michael was able to come the same day to look at the problem. He diagnosed the problem after troubleshooting different areas and went through extra mile to put the gate back together. Thank you for great service. Michael is very professional and efficient. Remedy electric was so professional and friendly. They were a pleasure to work with! Their prices are very competitive and super reasonable. They provided the electric hook ups for my W/D installation and they provided electricity and installed lights on my business street sign. They even let my crazy dogs jump all over them and didn't seem bothered by it, instead they laughed and played with the dogs and helped me get them outside into the yard. The family behind Remedy Electric is so kind and I will recommend them to everyone!

I am a retired lady on a fixed income. I had a week of if any thing could go wrong it did. My microwave blew out and caused havoc with the outlets in my kitchen. Teresa (sorry if I misspelled your name) was so patient and pleasant on the phone with me. I live in a mobile home which is older and the breakers in my house are out dated and hard to find. She called her head electrician who not only found the breaker but traveled that day to pick it up so it would be on the truck and they would have service out that afternoon. I thought Teresa was so nice and that continued on with the service men that came out. Nice, friendly, and answered any and all questions I asked no matter how senseless they were. They worked quickly and even gave me choices to save me money. I have not dealt with a company this nice, competent, and fairly priced in so very long. It turned a bad morning into a very pleasant afternoon. I just can't say enough good things about my experience with this Company. I had picked them at random because they were here in Leander and I like dealing locally. The bonus to that was my excellent service. Companies that treat you this nice are few and far between. A couple weeks ago my upstairs sink overflowed and leaked through the floor and set off the smoke detectors. We were able to clean up the water and turn off the smoke detectors but I was concerned there might have been damage to the wiring that could cause a hazard. I called a few other companies that had been recommended and even though I told them I was worried this was a potential fire hazard, they were all just too busy to get someone out quickly. One said they could get someone out on the following Tuesday, another said they could get someone out in two weeks (!) and another literally just called me back a couple of days ago. I finally (thankfully!) called Remedy and Teresa immediately recognized that this was an issue that needed to be checked out sooner rather than later. Like all the other companies, the Remedy electricians were very busy, but she reworked the schedule of one of her electricians and got him out within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed that the damage was only to the smoke detector, which was a relief, and also discovered that four of the six smoke detectors weren't connected to the system at all (we had just moved into the house and weren't aware), so he took care of that too. I would absolutely call Remedy again.

Michael and Kevin quoted me $445 for a job. Showed up early, devised a simpler solution, then knock it out in less than an hour. The total bill was $288. They exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them.

On Friday, half of the electricity to our house went out. Unfortunately, that half included the air conditioning system. In Texas during the summer, that is SERIOUS BUSINESS. I called a bunch of electricians and no one could come out that day. I found Remedy Electric and left a voicemail. They called back right away, were very sympathetic, and had someone to my house within 30 minutes. Michael was immensely helpful. He showed me the problem with our fusebox and had everything fixed within a few hours. They were friendly and helpful and saved my weekend. Two thumbs up!

If only I could give 10 stars! I had a bit of a scary breaker situation and had called several companies to come out. Most didn't call back and one told me they wouldn't touch it, that it was too big of a job for him to do today, but that it needed to be fixed immediately (thanks, guy. Super helpful.) You can imagine my state of mind when Michael called me back and said he would make it out to me today. He showed up when he said he would, was quick to diagnose the problem (which wasn't nearly as frightening as that other guy made it out to be), very professional and super polite on top of it all. HIGHLY recommend Remedy Electric. These are my go-to guys from now on. Thank you, Michael!
