During Hurricane Beryl, our generac went out, and the company we'd purchased from had incorrectly diagnosed the issue. And then didn't return any of my calls.

I'd contacted Remart to come out and find the real issue, and they were friendly/timely, etc. I wish I had used them to actually fix the generator, but since the other company had my warranty, I was forced to use them instead. (I'd finally reached the other company and had to relay the diagnostic Remart Electric gave me, and they didn't even come out to verify that was the case, they just updated their ticket, but that's another issue.) I plan to use Remart in the future for my maintenance of my generac.
