My client is suing Reliance Building and Maintenance. Reliance Building and Maintenance is an LLC. They have a registered agent for service of process with the California Secretary of State.

That registered agent for service of process is refusing to accept service.

I made a complaint to the California Attorney Generals Office about Reliance Building's failure to accept service.

Eddie and Angelina treat their employees like family always looking out for our needs. I worked for Eddie and Angelina castañeda. My position was construction/ building maintenance, about 4 months ago they started bouncing my checks and refused to pay me until they ""were able to"" or ""had the money"" I continued to work for them because I have a 6 month old baby and my relationship with them was good they ended up paying me little by little with in 2 months and last month they started doing the same thing all over again 2 weeks ago I got fired because I confronted them about them not paying me which left them in debt with me over 3 thousand dollars. As of now they owe me $1,153 and are refusing to pay me. If you are going to work for them be aware they made me pay for their gas driving their company vehicles and made me supply the business, for them to pay me ""when they had the money"" I'm not the only person they have done this to this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. When they don't get their way they like to make threats against whoever they can. I HAVE SEEN IT MYSELF . Once again , BE AWARE!
