Jon H.I have had more trouble with this company than there is room to type in this box.
We have been using them as a monitoring company for the Condominium in which I live. They have been quick to bill monitoring but when it comes time for service or a quote you practically have to beg them to come out for service. I will be looking for a new monitoring company once my contract is up for renewal.
In the most recent attempt at a quote or service, I was told repeatedly that I would have a quote either the day I called or the following day. 4 weeks later after who knows how many calls the quote has finally been sent. At one point I was told that the ""woman who does the quotes has been sick for 2 weeks."" Do they really expect me to believe that they have put their business on hold for 2 weeks while an employee is out sick? No one else is able to write up a quote? Totally unprofessional customer ""service""
If I were you I would chose another company.
