We would not recommend this company to anybody. If we could give 0 stars, we would. John was terrible and incompetent! He totally misdiagnosed the problem, took a check, and when we tried to contact him back, he would not respond or return our phone calls. He has no integrity! First Service recommended him to us from their contractor list and we will ask them to remove the company. Pass the word...do not use this company. They are a ripoff and their prices are ridiculous!!! Their license in the state of Maryland should be revoked!
