The name of this company should be UNRELIABLE! I called on a Monday for AC service and was told they would be at my home the next day Tuesday,
OK. Tuesday came and went No One came and No One called. Wednesday morning came and went, still No One came and No One called. Just after noon on Wednesday I called UN-Reliable to see what the story was and was assured that someone would be out that afternoon. You guessed it, No One came and No One called.

I would not recommend these clowns to anyone!

The name of this company is quite adequate. We needed to replace and entire heating & air system at a brief notice and Reliable was true to their name, very reliable. A Professional and knowledgeable staff was truly very patience and understanding as they explained and answered every question we asked. They are Not the least expensive yet rather thorough. We would recommend Reliable anytime!

I was in a bind. We showed up to our lake house on Smith Lake, AL for the 4th of July holiday. The temperature inside the house was 84 degrees. The downstairs unit was struggling and the upstairs unit was completely off. Tim, the service technician, showed up within an hour of our urgent/desperate call. Diagnosed the issues within 15 minutes and had the correct parts (fan motor) on his truck. Within an hour of his arrival, cool air was flowing. Tim was professional, efficient and an all around pleasant guy. Reliable had installed the units that were malfunctioning and stood behind their warranty and quickly (amazingly quick) got us up and running prior to 4 additional adults and 3 small granddaughters arriving. Most HVAC firms would say ""let me get you on our schedule""....which Reliable did, but their schedule was to immediately dispatch Tim to the rescue. Thank you Tim and Reliable.
