I called Reed's AC at 6:00 pm one night to say my a/c was out. They offered to come right then. I said that it wasn't necessary. They were at my home at 7:50 the next morning. I needed a new unit and I had one installed and cooling by noon. With this heat, I can't tell you how much I appreciated the timely attention. Hoby and Nick were professional and considerate.
