The circuit that included our well pump went down on a Friday morning. Ben got back to me within a couple of hours of my message, and was able to come out in the late afternoon that day. After my explanation of what happened up to the outage, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. He also took the time to explain what was happening and what he did. It was a relief to have the water flowing again that day. Thanks, Ben!

As anyone who lives on the Ridge knows, getting work done in your house can be challenging.
Reed is one choice that won't challenge you. These folks are a step above in both professionalism (and personality) and execution.
They came to do some new work and to fix existing conditions. After explaining the issues, they then walked me through each job, ensuring what they heard matched what I wanted.
What a concept.
They quoted me and then went to work. The work part is where so many fail, but not here. Not only was the work completed, but the care down was truly exemplary. Like many on the Ridge, we've had many opportunities to work with people over the past two years and this was one of the most pleasant.
Following the work, we went to each item, making sure it was what I wanted.
I recommend them highly.

I contacted Reed Electric shortly after I moved in to our post-fire home in Magalia. Ben spent the entire day installing 3 ceiling fans with lights, two new LED fixtures in my kitchen, 4 under cabinet light fixtures with dimmers, and two new overhead 4' fixtures over my two crafting areas in my dedicated craft room. I have new wall switches in all rooms and no visible cords anywhere!!! The installation is beautiful and Ben is a delight! He is fast, efficient, and thorough! Thanks, Ben!!!

I called Reed Electric today and explained I lived in Arizona, and my 83 year old Mother lived in Magalia, Ca. She was having problems with her electrical outlet she used for her refrigerator. Even though he was booked out until May 10th, his receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, and reached out to Reed. She called me back immediately, and said Reed would make time for her. Reed fixed my Mother's electrical issue and my Mother was so pleased and happy with Reed. She said he reminded her of her son. Thank you so much Reed! We need more business owners like you! We definitely recommend Reed Electric.

A few days after my initial repair another issue came up (not caused by Reed Electric) and he was willing to come out at dinner time on a Friday to get my heat back on free of charge. He's a good electrician but he's also a solid guy. I'm speaking as not only a customer but as a supervisor/manager so I view interactions slightly differently I feel.
