I would highly recommend Redline! I had a serious problem with a Generac generator installation by another company, Ready Power, who would not help with the malfunctioning circuit breaker cutting electricity off to the entire house. I didn't know who to call and, unfortunately for me, Redline was the 5th company who came out to my house and the ONLY one who fixed it immediately. I can't recommend them enough. I wish I had known to call them in the first place.

Steve is very courteous and professional person. He does outstanding work and take pride in his job. You can tell from the work he does, everything is done professional. he goes out of his way to help and make sure his customers are happy & pleased. So if you need a generator or any electrical work done, he is the guy to call. I hired him to do the service on my Generac Generator and will call him for any of my electrical work. The man who I had before his work doesn't even comes close to Steve work. I live in Foley Al.

Steve arrived the same day we contacted him. From his evaluation and explanation of the problem, it was obvious he has a lot of experience. He replaced all the lights, wiring, and so forth at the front entrance to our subdivision to create a much improved lighting effect. Besides being a Master Electrician, Steve is polite, professional, and conscientious about doing a great job. As a courtesy to us, he even got the Fairhope Building Inspector to examine his work. Approval was granted, plus the lighting and labor have a great warranty.

Steven has done multiple jobs in our home. Every time the work has been done with a high standard of quality. He is very knowledgeable and provides advice and suggestions, which has been extremely helpful. Steven and crew operate with honesty and integrity. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, and we will be soon.

I needed some wiring done for some switches in my house, so I called these guys. I was told that they would try to get to me that day, but if not they could come by the next day. The next day came and went and I didn't hear anything. I went out of town for a few days, and when I got back, I called to schedule an official appointment. The guy (Steve) said he would call me back to schedule something. I had not heard anything by the end of the day, so I called back and was finally given an appointment. The appointment came and went without anyone showing up or calling. I wish I could give a rating based on their service, but I can't, so this rating is based solely on their poor communication and unprofessionalism.
