I have a mobile home, it is older. I had half of my house with no electricity. I did call Redhawk because of the reviews. Thinking a great company to do business with, WRONG! When they arrived at my home they were very professional and polite. Then I told them my problem. They proceeded to tell me they charge $175 an hour with driving time. So I asked where they are coming from? If they had to drive 20 minutes to get to my home, I note only have 40 minutes for them to do the work. They proceed to try and figure out my problem. They begin to speak Spanish, I'm sorry, they both spoke English very well. There is no reason to speak another language in someone's home that doesn't know what they are saying. I don't care if they spoke German. That is rude. They also said, they will NOT go under the house! I would have to call someone else. All in all, they did NOT fix my problem. Nor did they want to. When they left they said, I would have to schedule them to come back. My time was up. When they left I still had no electricity in half my home. Would they have left their family in that way? Would they pay for a job that wasn't fixed? Here's the kicker, they charged me $350. For nothing! I will never call them again or recommend them to anyone.

Unlike other contractors, Beau (owner) told me that he want to come over to make a true assessment and provide a realistic quote. Yes, there were others that had a lower offer. I needed to get it done today, and was able to schedule his people to complete this job with no extra fee. I decided to go with Red Hawk due to honesty, straight forward talk and great customer service. This company is legit and his people are covered so, you are not responsible for its workers. On top of that, the quality of work is outstanding! Adam also made sure that the EV connection worked and helped me set it up with my car. Very poor value and business ethics. I called them out there to inspect my lack of power in the kitchen, unfortunately because this is a new home to me, someone had switched the complete left side of my panel box to the off position. I realize this is my bad, but to charge $175 for a 5 minute job? That was crazy to me. I understand I owed them something for their time and gas and would have appreciated even a $25 discount, but to charge $175 for so little time and effort was ridiculous. They got $175 out me so good for them, but they completely lost a new customer for the long term where they could have made so much more money. I'll never use them again and I would highly recommend someone that is not sure of their issue to call someone that charges less than $175 for a service call. As they say, ""education is expensive"", and I learned not to use Redhawk Electric again.
