Unlike other contractors, Beau (owner) told me that he want to come over to make a true assessment and provide a realistic quote. Yes, there were others that had a lower offer. I needed to get it done today, and was able to schedule his people to complete this job with no extra fee. I decided to go with Red Hawk due to honesty, straight forward talk and great customer service. This company is legit and his people are covered so, you are not responsible for its workers. On top of that, the quality of work is outstanding! Adam also made sure that the EV connection worked and helped me set it up with my car. At the end of the day, I would rather have a peace of mind than saving a few bucks. Thanks Red Hawk Electric!

Very poor value and business ethics. I called them out there to inspect my lack of power in the kitchen, unfortunately because this is a new home to me, someone had switched the complete left side of my panel box to the off position. I realize this is my bad, but to charge $175 for a 5 minute job? That was crazy to me. I understand I owed them something for their time and gas and would have appreciated even a $25 discount, but to charge $175 for so little time and effort was ridiculous. They got $175 out me so good for them, but they completely lost a new customer for the long term where they could have made so much more money. I'll never use them again and I would highly recommend someone that is not sure of their issue to call someone that charges less than $175 for a service call. As they say, ""education is expensive"", and I learned not to use Redhawk Electric again.

Had a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed in my garage to charge my Tesla Model 3. Electricians arrived on time and completed the project very quickly.

Beau came out for a free consultation about a week prior. He explained the project in clear detail, and gave me a reasonable quote. He even came out the day after project completion when I THOUGHT there were issues with my electrical panel. It turned out to be user error (doh!). Beau took the time to teach me some things before he went on his way. 10/10 would recommend!
