JoAnn B.I have never had problems with this company before and I have used them for several years. Great work, timely and professional. This time they sent me George H. I felt like I had been run over by a used car salesman! He spoke with a moderate accent and so rapidly that I had difficulty understanding him. He wrote me an estimate for @ $1000 which I thought covered everything. When I asked him to complete the work we spoke @ he did it. And then he presented me with another BILL for $562!!! Not another estimate, no chance to refuse the extra work which I could NOT afford!!! He smirked and told me that I HAD to pay it per the company contract! He exploited me and committed fraud. All the company did was issue a partial refund and give him a slap on the wrist. The company pays by the hour, but has some kind of bonus program (the company makes a lot of money from him). I have filed a complaint with the FL Atty Gen office. Buyer Beware!!!

Will U.There are two types of contractors, those with integrity and those that are trying to maximize the amount of money they can milk from you. My experience with Red Royal was the latter. The guy who came out wanted $750 just to ""assess"" some light fixture replacements. Buyer beware.
