I have been very happy with the service and work provide by Red Royal Electric. They provide great customer service on scheduling the appointments and following up confirming appointment. Making an appointment was very easy. The electricians arrived on time, provide very good and detailed estimates before they work started. The electricians did a great job. Very good service and cleaned up after their work well. I had to have a few follow up appointments to have some additional work completed and I appreciate that they made an effort to send the same electrician. I thought their pricing was a good value and competitive to other electricians. I would highly recommend hiring Red Royal Electric for your next project.

I want to start with the amount of communication about my appointment and multiple notifications of when the technicians were to arrive. Matt and Cody arrived right on time with bright smiles ready to take on the job. They quickly assessed, gave me a quote that was very reasonable then promptly completed the job. Mostly great things to say other than price. The technicians who showed up did the best job they could but when we heard their price of $1200 to run a wire, we were floored. We hired a certified electrician that is doing it for $220. So I have nothing bad to say about this company other than the extra $1,000. I can see wanting to put food on the table by marking up services, but $1,000 additional is Way too much
