My unit, located on the lower floor of an apartment building, suffered extensive sewage backflow damage, requiring a near-complete reconstruction. I sought bids from three contractors, and Red Rock Hill's quote was fair and comparable to others. What set Nick apart was he was on top of things and engaged. I'm pleased with the results; Nick and his team did a great job replacing hardwood floors, subfloors, sheetrock, siding, kitchen cabinets, a new door, bathroom tiles, and the toilet. It was a stressful situation, but Nick's responsiveness made this project better. I highly recommend working with him.

Nick Goffo and Red Rock Hill construction just completed our kitchen, entryway, and laundry room remodel and we couldn't be happier. We hired them after they remodeled our bathroom 2 years ago, so we knew we'd get great results. Nick guided us through the process and was available to answer our many questions. We hired Nick to do a bathroom renovation. He and his crew were fantastic. They stepped in when our prior contractor went out of business and bid a fair price for the job that came in below many others, but wasn't also so cheap to be suspect.

They started exactly on time with Nick doing yeoman's work during COVID to get a permit. There were some delays that weren't nicks fault but Nick did everything possible to make our plans come out the way we imagined. They never stopped coming until everything was perfect, and were amazingly responsive to curveballs and new things we wanted. They did an awesome job keeping COVID safe which we were worried about with a 4 month old at home.

Nick is also just an amazing, kind human being. We had a break in of our garage during the construction, and he helped do some basic plywood boarding up to make sure we were safe. He helped us with some stuff while we were away for a month during the project and was a great communicator throughout. We'd recommend him highly to others doing a renovation or other work on their house!

He and his team started with a gut kitchen reno (which was stunning) but as important, he helped with all the other issues that arise in a 1891 victorian. In the last couple months, Nick and his team did a full remodel of our kitchen, dining area and living room. We interviewed four firms and ultimately chose Red Rock Hill because Nick gave us the most straight forward and realistic plan to achieve our goals, giving us the good and the bad. To cut to the chase.. we finished on time and within budget (no joke) and enjoyed working with Nick due to his attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall easygoing personality. Nick Goffo installed a new kitchen door for me. I was surprised and relieved by his clarity of communication. Well in advance of the work, he told me exactly how he planned to proceed. When the first set of hinges didn't work, he took the door away and returned with better ones, and didn't charge me for the additional time. He and his assistant were very careful to protect my furnishings from dust and debris; and left the work area cleaner than they found it. The door looks great and I'll definitely hire him again for other projects. He's trustworthy and reliable.
