I called red beacon in a pickle and they were AWESOME! Called them regarding an emergency at my office and they were able to give me a quick quote and fix all our issues in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend again.

If I could give them more than 5 starts I would. One of the sprinkler was leaking, my apartment manager called Red Beacon Fire & Electric for the inspection. The sprinkler went off and caused the apartment to flood, James, the owner came immediately and performed an inspection, his team fixed the problem and removed the water from the apartment. They have the right tools for the job, James was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I'd highly recommend them for any sprinkler related issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of any repairs to call them. James handled the issue like a Pro, and helped me with the damages caused in the apartment by the flood, my apartment manager and company didn't do anything for me, James took care of everything, he cared about providing the best customer service, he has the natural ability to understand and feel what the customers are experiencing, and his able to meet the customer needs effectively. Well done! I highly recommend them!

James was very quick, kind and responsive when I sent in the Yelp request. He sent me a quote for the work via text which is great for me. I took a few days to confirm my schedule for when he could come and relocate the fire sprinkler in my kitchen but it's taken me several phone calls (at the time his VM box was full so I couldn't leave a message), three ""delivered"" text messages and finally another call in which I was able to leave a VM to get me to this point of leaving this review. I did have one missed call from him but when I called him back- the VM box was full and I proceeded to text him as back up.

I really wanted to have his company perform the work but at this point I don't have confidence in the reliability.
