I'd like to point out that he didn't try to OVERSELL us with the most expensive package, he just have his recommendations. We decided to go with his company and install the system. The job was done satisfactorily and timely. I would also like to add that he would always answer any calls or texts quickly which I really appreciated.

Imagine an HVAC company that actually wants your business and does good work. I can't believe how hard it was to find someone to come out to service my heating and a/c unit. Keep forgetting to write this review, but as I sit on this cold morning with heat flowing through the house I'm reminded of how thankful I am for Red Apple Builders service. I have used them before and their services have always been great...but the last time I needed them to come out it was the day before Christmas Eve. Even though they couldn't come out that day because of the part I needed they secured the part and made sure to come out on Christmas Eve day so that we would have heat over the long Christmas holiday weekend. A company willing to come out and make sure their customers are taken care of in special circumstances is a company I will always stand behind. THANK YOU Red Apple Builders!

Red Apple bought the company that installed our furnace in 2008, so I went ahead and called them when it needed maintenance. Daniel was on time (a bit early, in fact) and took care of the maintenance. He found a worn part and we discussed it and ordered a new one. I also had the ducting cleaned out when he returned to install the new part. My furnace seems to be working less hard now, so I think it's ""feeling"" better, too.
