We got an estimate to replace our old furnace with a heat pump from Red Apple Air and two other providers. One estimate was too high (oversell) exceeding our needs while the second estimate (cut rate) did not provide enough. Martin from Red Apple Air provided an estimate that included what we really needed and only what we needed, patiently explaining all the details.
He also explained that replacing our 68 year old attic insulation and installing an attic fan would allow us to buy a smaller, less expensive heat pump and save us some money on our electricity bill. Red Apple Air also provided us with an estimate for this attic work as well.
We contracted Red Apple Air to do all the work. Zeke and José removed our old, loose attic insulation and performed the new insulation, attic fan, condenser and air handler installations including all the required electrical work. They were courteous, hard-working and did a fantastic job.
Martin then came back to meticulously inspect the work and after a few tweaks our new, super quiet heat pump was up and running.
We were especially pleased with Red Apple Air when Martin threw in a new WiFi thermostat and an extra supply vent in our kitchen at no extra cost!
We are completely satisfied with our experience with the team from Red Apple Air and can highly recommend them.

The staff at Red Apple are very pleasant. I needed a dryer duct cleaning and contacted them through yelp. Appointment was made the following week due to a supposed high number if AC repair appointments, which was fine.

The following week, they had contacted me asking to reschedule the appointment for two days later due to AC repairs taking priority. I agreed even though I had arranged my schedule that day to be home during the time window the technician was supposed to arrive.

Two days later on the rescheduled appointment day, they asked me to reschedule again! At this point, I was a bit frustrated and voiced some concerns with them and they were able to get a technician out that day. The technician was efficient and professional.

My dryer vent job was sent to several companies and Red Apple Air was the one who seemed serious about doing the work. I had a really busy week and failed to contact them and they stayed in touch. They made an appointment, kept in touch and came on time. SETH was top notch. He covered his shoes every time he walked in and was so respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. Red Apple Air (and his family) should be proud of how he's representing them. Don't get too comfortable with the initial quote because things can change once the job is in progress. My cost doubled. He drew a diagram to explain the problem which was really considerate. Despite the cost difference, I'll likely be using their services again.
