One of my friends who was born and raised in SF recommended Mike when I mentioned we had some electrical issues at our place. I saw that we were in his service area and emailed him explaining the three problems we were experiencing and requested a quote.

Mike replied the same day with his rates (very reasonable). He also included his COVID protocols. He was clear that he could help with two of the issues and what the process would be like, but first he wanted us to try a couple of things before he came out.

It turns out that with his recommendations, we were able to fix the problems ourselves and save the money of having him come in person. He didn't charge anything for the advice. We really appreciate how straightforward and honest Mike is. We'll definitely contact him for any future electrical needs. We highly recommend him!

Mike is great. He is super responsive and charges extremely reasonable prices. We hired him to replace 8 light fixtures in our home, and he did it for a competitive and fair price. His work is great; he is no-nonsense but friendly and personable; and he takes appropriate safety precautions (covid and otherwise).

Responded quickly and with a reasonable quote just as mentioned in his name. This was towards the beginning of quarantine so I didn't get a chance to work with him, but his professionalism in his communication is by far the most reliable compared to the many, many places I've received estimates for and that speaks volumes to me. Some handymen picked up the phone with the ""what do you want"" attitude. Some said they were booked up for months. Some told me they needed to schedule multiple round of consultations etc. Some never returned my call. I've been looking for someone to help do some light remodeling, and if schedules free up I'm definitely reaching out to Mike again. Updates to come!

This review is overdue, given that I contacted Mike a year ago, but better late than never, right?

I asked Mike to come by to help me figure out how to install an electric bidet I recently purchased. He was prompt, super friendly, and (compared to another local plumbing company) way more knowledgeable. He knew how to install it and explained it all very clearly. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of his control (a broken plumbing fixture that requires shutting off water to the entire building in order to fix, which I couldn't ask him to do because I'm just a renter in the building), he wasn't able to install the bidet for me, but he gave me an action plan and best of all, he typed it all out in detail in a follow-up email so I could reference it later on and not have to scramble to jot down notes while he was explaining it to me.

Even though he wasn't able to install the bidet for me (through no fault of his own), he was amazing to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to call him up again!

Use mikes service in the past and required his services again to check on a few small items for an apartment unit ( stove, disposal, light switch n doorbell). All repaired in a timely manner at reasonable prices.

Also very responsive with email replies and also take Venmo. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

I found Mike's website on yelp and saw the great reviews, so I decided to try and schedule something with him. I requested to have two heavy mirrors hung at around 11am on a Thursday. Mike was very responsive and was over at my apartment by 12:30pm that same day. He was friendly and very knowledgable. He completed the job in under an hour and was full of great tips and tricks. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

I found Mike while searching through Yelp for an electrician to install a receptacle in my garage and I'm glad I did. I emailed him asking for an estimate, and got a reply within 15 minutes. He mentions on his website that he doesn't check his phone while working on jobs (which I appreciate), so I must have caught him at a good time. I scheduled an appointment for that same week. He was on time, friendly, worked efficiently and actually finished earlier than I anticipated. To top it all off, his rates are very reasonable, especially compared to the estimates I received from several other electricians. Will definitely keep him in mind for future tasks I may need help with.
