A week after the ""repair"", the problem recurred - bottom of machine filled with water between uses. I contacted REL and was told he would stop by the next day. That was two weeks ago and have heard nothing else from him. We are very disappointed.

I had a confirmed appointment and took time off work to be home and no one showed up or contacted me. I contacted them... said they didn't even see the scheduled appointment and they were on a job. Asked if they could accommodate another appointment with no response back. Very disappointing as I really needed some help.

I would give no stars if possible. This loser had me wait around all day on Sunday 10/17/21 after I requested quote and booked and confirmed the job.

Gave full information and pictures. He sent me the quote and confirmed time.

He never showed up and never called to let me know.

I work and get 2 days off a week. He stole my time. Ignorant.

Excellent service! Was flexible with my time windows, reasonable in price, and was able to de-install several fans and light fixtures and install new ones, including a high larger ceiling fan. Very professional and personable. Denster also cleaned up everything and fixed one our mixed up switches. Definitely recommend!
