Michael was efficient, knowledgeable and very kind. He was able to give me all the info I needed, and went above and beyond. He checked the circuit breaker and all surrounding outlets to make sure that we had a dedicated line for a washer/dryer and enough power to run it. In and out in 10 minutes. He even went through the specs for the unit that we bought to make sure we were going to be ready to use it. Will be calling again when inevitably we need more electrical help.

Jesse and Ready Electric are awesome! Jesse went out of his way to come to our home expeditiously at a critical moment and assess the electrical issue we were having. Very knowledgeable, customer friendly, patient and explained things well to me so that I understanding completely what work was needed. He even went out his way to check all outlets in the home like I asked him and the outside panel/breakers.

Jesse kept his word to me and followed throught accordingly. He is awesome! I will recommend him anytime!

Completed service as advertised but at an EXTREME price.

I'll begin by stating that we are not electricians. And to an electrician, that fact is probably incredibly obvious. So we are in a vulnerable position when it comes to knowing what's needed.

Ready Electric's technician was on time and polite. He did try to upsell us on a much larger, more expensive project that we didn't ask about but we expected that sort of thing. What we didn't expect was that the price he charged us for uncrossing a pair of wires was more than 3x what is normally charged for that service. After consulting with friends and family, it was clear we got fleeced.

Maybe we're suckers for not having multiple providers come out and compete for our business but there's a level of trust you want to have with a neighborhood electrician like this, and we feel like we were taken advantage of here.

So if you know your stuff, Ready Electric can definitely do the job. But if you are in need of sound, honest advice and fair pricing, look elsewhere.

Ready Electric's operating philosophy seems to be to push for the highest price they can persuade their customers to pay, long term business relationships be damned.

The two gentlemen he sent, Mike and another person whose name escapes me, exhibited the same calm, concerned demeanor. They could not have been more professional or attentive. I had an electric issue at 4a on a weekday and I saw Ready's electric's hours were 24/7. After corresponding with them at 5:30a, they assured me that they would send someone to fix my issue at 8-9a the same day.

They were on-time, professional and my electrical issue was fixed by noon that same morning!!

Jesse & Michael were the best . They were professional and quick with the job. Called to book and got serviced the next day. They installed EV Tesla Charger and EV wall outlet. Definitely go to Ready Electric for any kind of electrician needs. They also cleaned up all the debris and made sure every was put back together properly.

Extraordinary customer service by Michael! The circuit breaker for our air conditioner broke during a heat wave on a Sunday morning and Jesse answered my call and sent a technician (Michael) within about an hour. He diagnosed the problem(s), and gave us three options. Michael worked with us on options so that he would be satisfied that he would be doing quality work, and it would fit within our budget. Michael and an installer Daniel worked in the heat for 8+ hours and stayed until the job was finished; I asked them if they wanted to come back in the morning, but they didn't want to leave us without AC. They were exceptionally cordial and everything looks great. Highly recommend!
