I have been looking for an electrician to take care of a number of small-but-not-insignificant repairs since the pandemic, but have had difficulty finding one willing to do residential work (short of installing a 240 volt outlet for an ev charger). Either that or they don't follow up after the initial walk through. Or they we are outside their service area (Burbank?).

I came across Ready Electric by accident...because technically, we ARE outside their service area. However, when I called to make my pitch why it would be worth it to take our job anyway Jesse cut me off and explained that we were close enough and no job is too small for him. Whoa.What do we have here?!

He came by with Michael, listened to me explain what I needed done and what I was looking for (and more importantly, what I was NOT looking for) and did a bit of recon on his own. About 15 minutes later he had worked up two proposals for me, one with the 240 volt outlet I was considering but didn't need to install right away and one without. He did not try to upsell me into getting any 'fancier' items than I wanted or getting any work done that I hadn't planned on doing. Better yet, his bid that included the outlet reflected a substantial discount over what it would cost to do it alone later.

Jesse & Michael returned the NEXT DAY and completed everything then. Again, this was not an insubstantial amount of work. I work from home so I was there all day and they remained in constant contact with me, always showing me what they were doing before they actually did it. Both Jesse & Michael are great guys; polite, courteous and respectful. Jesse really knows his stuff and they both obviously love what they do.

Most importantly, the work was done flawlessly and my wife & I are thrilled. We can't recommend Ready Electric more highly and will certainly call on them again.

I needed an exterior light for my front porch, which required extending power to that area of the house, installing the fixture where one didn't exist, etc. Ready Electric completed the project quickly and with the utmost care. I was very pleased with the result. I'd highly recommend them and will use them for future projects.

Needed service after power went out on a kitchen wall Sunday morning. JR able to come out quickly to assess the problem. Gave fair pricing options for the work that would need to be done. Was able to repair the immediate issue and come back three days later to do the more extensive work. While here he was able to identify major safety issues due to work not done properly by past home seller and was able to repair it. Highly recommend. Would definitely use again.
