Antonio and his crew have just completed the remodeling of our two bathrooms. When it started, we haven't fully realized how serious was such project. We were lucky enough by choosing the RDZ Construction team who did a professional work under knowledgeable Antonio as a leader.

Antonio (Tony) and his team have done many projects for us over the years. He has done small projects and 2 large renovations for my husband and I. A couple years ago Tony and his team gutted and remodeled our entire house in Petaluma. They did an amazing job! You can look at all the pictures in the album labeled ""Full Home Remodel 2021"". Tony has always been very reliable and such a pleasure to work with. I recommend Tony to everyone looking for any type of home renovation!

Antonio has worked for us for a few years now and recently completed a major renovation in a SF high rise. Antonio and his crew did an outstanding job in a timely manner.SF building codes are strict and one needs to be knowledgeable which Antonio was.His crew were always given clear instructions for their daily tasks and arrived punctually every day. A project that we were told would take 6-9 months took 4 with RDC construction. We found professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project. We have done many projects of various scope and were impressed with Antonio from the start to the finish of this project.The big bonus was that Antonio was a delight to work with and was always available to answer questions throughout the project. Without any reservations we highly recommend RDC construction.

My husband and I are real estate investors in the Napa Area. We bought 2 multi family properties that needed extensive remodeling. Luckily, the seller of one of the properties recommended Tony to us. Before we hired him, I asked him for 3 references. I called all 3, and each one of them only had exceptional things to say about not only the quality of his work, but his efficiency, price, and most importantly his character and integrity of his work. Needless to say, we hired him. Since that first project, I ONLY work with RDZ construction for all our rental properties. This is a list of the projects he has done for us:
- remodeled 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms
- completely remodeled a 1 bd/1ba apartment
- new roof and gutters
- converted an old 1920s detached garage into a studio (included new plumbing and new electrical)
- installation of wall and window AC units

In addition to these major projects, he has been always available for minor handyman projects in all of our properties.

I highly recommend Tony and his company to anyone looking for a contractor. He does quality work which he stands by, his price is extremely competitive, he gives great suggestions on how we can save money, he gets the projects done very fast, and he is an all around kind human being with a great personality.

We still have several projects that need to be done in the next year or so which includes painting the exterior of our properties, cutting down large trees, and splitting a single family home into 2 separate units. We plan on hiring RDZ construction for all of our projects in the future!

I have used Antonio for 5+ years for many a project - from small (landscaping) to medium (built large fence, installed artificial turf, new hardwood flooring, ) to larger projects (full bathroom remodel, installing new flooring, turning main area into a gorgeous open great room!). He and his crew are trustworthy, conscientious, and always super respectful of my property/belongings. Antonio is a problem solver, very creative with an engineering mindset.
