They did some work around our home that included repairing of dry wall and redesigned our laundry room!

LOL.. amazing that you responded to this within 2 days!
To clarify, the wood you used is stamped KDHT... not KDAT! see photo. I looked underneath at the stamps & researched it. If you had sealed the KD-HT immediately with the appropriate sealer, it may have been fine. You should have used KDAT, but you did not. The boards are also popping up from the nails. I suppose that means they're warping. And, you say, because there are mold spores everywhere, this is what you can expect your deck to look like!? I don't think so. Hope you can live with yourself.

Robby was a life saver for us. I had a number of items that needed to be completed in order to sell our home to a VA financed buyer. Robbie and his cousin worked on my houses's exterior and are due for some interior work in the new year.
My experience was great. Robbie is very responsive and provided me with an estimate for all things I needed to get done after an initial visit. We went through a couple calls before finalizing on the price and all items that needed to be repaired.
They arrived on time on the day and finished all the job as needed. I also had him look at few things not on the list that he took care of.
Cherry on cake, he gave me a discount on the total at the end of the day.

Robby with RCC Handy Services was amazing! Difficult finding someone who can do various repair work around the house, especially one that you can trust...however Robby was honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable.

Needed new outdoor steps, gutters to be cleaned, and water damage repair to the exterior. Robby delivered quality work! The new steps look fantastic and he was very thorough with cleaning the gutters. When it came to the water damage, instead of just patching it up and charging for it, he informed me to contact our insurance company because there was previously faulty home repairs made to it. Shows he has a lot of integrity and doesn't take advantage of unsuspecting homeowners.

He is very friendly, upfront, informative, and does impeccable work. His prices are more than reasonable and cleans up everything after he's done. Highly recommend and definitely the only one I'll use for home repairs!
