Joseph A.These folks were absolutely the worst. We own four properties and RCB is by far the most unsatisfactory outfit we have ever encountered. Totally unprofessional in their behavior of remedying a simple residential overhead lighting transformer replacement.
Besides two of three operators sent to the condo not diagnosing a simple problem, they actually did damage to our ceiling for no apparent reason.
I was quoted approximately $100 to install a 3 way dimmer switch.
They subsequently sent invoices with grossly inflated charges for;
1. Three way dimmer remote switch. Retail......$59.00. My charge from RCB...$249.88
2. 3X residential in home electrical transformers Retail....$60 each. My charge from RCB...$160 each. Plus installation for the above units.
Upon remitting $502, to RCB I informed them of my disputing a portion of the $1256 invoice and my accrual of additional expense to make things right. 1 year later they have sent the dispute to a collection bureau.
Avoid at all costs.
