I had Brian do almost $10,000 in electrical work on a home that we recently purchased. Although we were satisfied with the quality of most of the work there were two reasons I would never recommend him. The first was that we had him replace and wire existing ceiling speakers. I have no idea if the speakers are wired or even work because there is no wiring running to the stereo. I was told that new additional speakers would be connected to the replaced ones, they apparently were not. The second reason I would not recommend relates to replacing bathroom ceiling fan/lights. I was instructed to purchase the fans which I did. When the four fans were installed the drywall in the ceiling had either been cut or exposed so I had to hire a drywaller and painter to repair it, more than doubling the price of the job. Had anyone mentioned this when they unboxed the fan/lights, we could have just purchased a larger fixture. Brian was made aware of these issues and offered no remedy.

We called RB Electrical Service because we wanted a few things done in our new home: recessed lights in the bedrooms, additional lighting in the garage, a couple of dedicated circuits, and fan switches swapped out for ones with timers. Brian, the owner, came to our home to discuss the job and give us an estimate. He arrived on time, was very polite and patient with us, and offered a very fair price. We had gotten a couple of other quotes from licensed and insured electricians prior to contacting RB Electrical Service; one quote was higher and one was lower, but we felt most comfortable with Brian, both personally and professionally.

The day of the job, Brian and two electricians, Tom and Jaime, showed up on time and after Brian unloaded all of the materials, Tom and Jaime quickly got to work. They did a great job. The recessed lights look clean and provide us with even and ample lighting. As a woman, I probably shouldn't be so excited about the LED shop lights in the garage, but I am! The builder installed two really weak fluorescent lights in the garage, but the new lighting is super bright and very functional. The dedicated circuits mean we can use computer equipment without lights flickering and use gym equipment without tripping the breaker.

We were so pleased with RB Electrical Service that, two weeks later, we called them again to put a couple more recessed lights and an outlet in the walk-in closet. Tom again did an excellent job. He's so friendly, knowledgeable, and he was even kind and thoughtful enough to put down protective covering on the floor, vacuum during and after the job, and wipe a few fingerprints off the attic access panel! We were once again impressed with the level of care and attention to detail.

I can't say enough good things about RB Electrical Service. I warned them that we'll be calling them out again before too long to install ceiling fans!

We were searching for an electrician for a few new outlets as well as bathroom exhaust fan switch installations before the summer heat kicked in. Brian helped us get Tom set up to complete these installations within a very reasonable time frame. Brian from the get go was experienced, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was communicative by phone, which made the entire process so much easier. Home upgrades can be stressful enough as it is!

The day of install, Tom our electrician was punctual, neat, and got the job done professionally.

Pricing is extremely fair. The best part is seeing the end product (we love it!) and feeling like you went with the right business. If you out there are looking for good electrical work, definitely call Brian and his team, as we plan to for future projects.

I had three outlets installed in three different bathrooms, and I also had for fans installed. These guys were great. They worked very quickly. The two gentlemen that arrived were very friendly and explained everything to me throughout the process.

I contacted RB Electric for a car charging outlet in the garage (240-volt) and some expansion of outlets in the master bathroom. the communications via email were spectacular, I called to ask a question in the middle of emailing, and they picked right up. as soon as we finalized everything I got an email with the appointment. The Electrician showed up on time, the work is impeccable, and he cleaned up after himself. If I could give a 110% rating I would, I will be installing a Jacuzzi soon so they will be back out to install that outlet as well.

Super happy with this company. This is my second time having them do electrical work. First time was installing ceiling fans in 4 bedrooms. They still work great. This time I had them change out and install new bathroom vent/lights. They are good at communicating when to expect them and when they are on their way. Very pleased with their work and will call them again for future needs.

We are so pleased with our new recessed lighting. Jaime Duran was knowledgeable in suggesting the placement of the lights so they were symmetrically aligned in our room. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. He covered his work area with plastic sheets and cleaned up thoroughly when done. We have nothing but praise for this young man because we are delighted with his work and now have light in our once dark room!
