Ding-a-ling-a-ling!!! ""R & B Electrical, TONYA speaking."" Hi, I only live a few blocks from you, and my electricity acts like I ""threw"" a breaker, but I don't have any breaker or breakers thrown. ""Sir, all of our trucks are out on calls right now, but hold for me just a moment... Sir, the owner will be over to see you in a few minutes, what is your address???"" Excuse me??? Who is coming to see me??? As in, right now?!?! You have got to be putting me on!!! I went on a website two hours ago, and logged into a program with multiple electric companies and nobody, that's right nobody, has bothered to e-mail or call me in two hours from multiple companies. I checked a box in that internet website as to indicate an emergency, but nobody has responded. How is it that you can help me right now, TONYA??? ""Sir, the owner will come over and look at your problem and see what it will take to correct it."" I know what my problem is!!! My problem is that everybody has ignored my inquiries until now!!! But it seems now, that I have somebody's attention!!!
Knock, knock, knock!!! Excuse me TONYA, but somebody is at my door. Your name is what, RANDY??? And you are from where, R & B Electric??? You are putting me on, right??? TONYA, I have got to go!!! Come in, RANDY.
Now this is a trip!!! (I explained my problem). ""It appears that you are missing a negative wire somewhere."" Oh, I am wired all negative right now!!! That is until you showed up. ""No, I mean that inside the wall, you are missing a ""negative"" wire. And based on where you are missing electricity, and based on where the electricity probably enters your home, let's check this electrical socket. See there, your negative wire has come loose. I will just reaffix this wire better, and you will be all set."" Do you mean that you are finished??? ""Yes sir, you are all set."" Do you mean that you don't have to dispatch any of your ""soldiers?!?!"" ""No sir, you are all set."" Wow!!! My electricity works!!! And I am all set!!! But that is not possible!!! Don't you have to run some meter or something to find the problem??? ""Well, actually my meter is loaned out to one of my other trucks, so I had to find the problem manually, by opening the electrical socket cover."" And you found it, just like that??? ""Yes sir, you are all set."" NOW THAT IS HOSPITALITY AT IT'S FINEST!!!

There comes a time in life when you just can't do the work yourself anymore. After looking over the Electrical firms referenced on Yelp I decided to call R&B Electric. I was very glad that I did. Their phone receptionist, Tanya, was very helpful and polite when I made an appointment. Steve, the electrician was prompt, professional, courteous, and the price was reasonable.We will definitely be using R&B Electric's services again.
